The St. Bon’s Parent Auxiliary (PA) is a group of parent volunteers who help build community spirit and support school life at St. Bonaventure’s College.

Throughout the year, the PA supports events and activities such as Breakfast with Santa, teacher appreciation initiatives, Mother’s Day Mass reception, and other school community events.

We are always happy to welcome new parents and guardians. Whether you can help with an event, share an idea, or volunteer when your schedule allows, there are many ways to get involved.

The PA meets in the evenings throughout the school year, with meeting dates shared in advance. Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held each September and is a great opportunity to learn more about the PA and get involved.

Executive and Leadership Positions

Positions are elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held in September.

President – Presides over Parent Auxiliary meetings, serves as the primary liaison with school administration, represents the PA as required, and provides overall leadership and coordination for PA activities and initiatives.

Secretary – Prepares meeting agendas and minutes, maintains PA records and correspondence, and communicates meeting notices and other information to members.

Treasurer – Oversees the PA’s financial records, coordinates the deposit and management of funds with the school, and provides financial updates to the membership.

Holland Hall Lead – Represents the interests of families in Holland Hall (Kindergarten to Grade 6), supports class representatives, helps coordinate communication and volunteers, and assists with PA and school-sponsored events.

Mullock Hall Lead – Represents the interests of families in Mullock Hall (Grades 7 to 12), supports class representatives, helps coordinate communication and volunteers, and assists with PA and school-sponsored events.

General Membership

Grade Representatives – Parent representatives help maintain communication between the Parent Auxiliary and families within their grade. They assist with sharing PA information, recruiting volunteers, attending PA meetings when possible, and supporting PA and school-sponsored events throughout the year.

General Members and Volunteers – All St. Bon’s parents and guardians are welcome to participate in the Parent Auxiliary. Parents can attend meetings, volunteer at events, help with individual initiatives, or contribute as their schedules allow.  Volunteers participating in activities involving students must have a current Vulnerable Sector Check on file, as required by the school.
